Manoj Kumar Sharma is a development finance and inclusive banking expert with over 30 years of experience across Asia and Africa. A co-founder of MSC in 2005, he currently serves as the Chairperson of the firm.
Anil Kumar Gupta is a professional development banker, technologist, and investor in the startup space. His career spans nearly three decades, with half of that in NABARD – a large development financial institution, followed by five years in Infosys, and almost 10 years with MSC. Right now, he is associated as Managing Partner with the MSC.
Vishrant Shukla

Vishrant Shukla is a chartered accountant and legal professional with nearly two decades of experience across financial reporting, regulatory compliance, accounting systems, and institutional strengthening. He has worked across India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines, and currently serves as the Managing Partner at MSC.
